I recommend choosing a rental car company that can pick up and return a rental car at the airport. Since it is basic insurance, there was no separate explanation and I just signed on a piece of paper. I think I was aware of it when I made the reservation, so I feel like I was guided mechanically and signed. The car was clean and they even lent me a chair, so I used it well. It was easy to pick up and return, and I want to rent it again in Guam.
