This was my second time in Guam.
Last time, I got a terrible car from another rental company, so I was a bit nervous this time.
But I rented a Carnival, and it was like a brand-new car—absolutely loved it!
My parents were satisfied and happy too.
Pick-up and drop-off at the airport were super convenient.
I’ll definitely use this service again next time!

Everything was great, but it was inconvenient that the car didn't come with a built-in navigation system.

I rented the car directly at the airport.
The airport fee (USD $5 per person) was already included, which was nice.
I also returned the car at the airport, so it was very convenient.
The pickup didn’t take long, and the return process was smooth and easy.

We used Nissan Rent-A-Car during our babymoon trip to Guam!
This time, we traveled with our newborn and my in-laws, so we rented a Carnival van from Nissan.
Just like before, the car was super clean and in great condition — we were really satisfied.
We’re planning to use Nissan Rent-A-Car again for our third trip to Guam!

I have used Nissan Rent-a-Car in Guam about 5 times and have been generally satisfied. In the past, there was a service that provided one free tank of fuel when making reservations for a certain period of time, but it was disappointing that it was discontinued.

I visit Guam every 6 months to a year and I use Nissan Rent-a-Car Guam every time I go and I am very satisfied!

I can't hear about car insurance because I don't speak English well.
The road was simple, and there was no problem using Google Maps to find tourist spots.

However, it's a shame that there is no car navigation.
I don't know how to connect, so I just drove around.

1. It is very convenient that you can pick up/return the car at the airport. Especially for night and early morning flights, you get tired easily, so just reducing the route on the day of arrival and departure is very satisfying. 2. When I looked at reviews of Guam rental cars, I was worried because there were many complaints about the hygiene, but I used a clean car that was as good as a new car with less than 10,000 km. 3. I considered a Korean rental car company, but there is a big difference in cost. If you are worried about language communication, you don't have to worry about it. There is not much to talk about, and it is just a matter of reiterating the information that was sufficiently explained at the time of reservation. 4. The inspection process when picking up and returning the car is very simple. Compared to other companies that check the parking lot with lights on and check it thoroughly, Nissan leaves the car in the parking lot, goes to the desk, and returns the key. Is there anything wrong? OK, goodbye~ That's it. Overall, I am very satisfied. If I visit Guam again, I plan to use it again.
