Used the car for two days — I think the staff who helped us was Korean, and they even picked us up from our hotel, which made everything super easy! The car was clean, pretty new, and perfect for getting around ✨ Returning the car was super simple, and all the staff were really friendly. If you're visiting Guam, renting a car is a must — I’m definitely going with Nissan Rent-A-Car again next time!

#196634Versa There was a significant oil film on the front windshield and side mirrors, and it hadn’t been properly cleaned. This made it difficult to drive at night or in the rain due to poor visibility.

It would also be great if a phone holder could be provided.
I brought one that attaches to the air vent, but it didn’t fit the car’s vent properly. As a result, I had to hold my phone in my hand to use navigation, which was quite inconvenient.
I use Nissan Rent-A-Car every time I visit Guam, and once again, they were absolutely perfect. Hotel pickup was right on time, airport drop-off was available anytime, the car was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly. For the price, it was very reasonable. If you're flying from Busan, this is definitely a great option to consider. Just keep in mind—the roads aren’t quite as smooth as they are in Korea. We were really happy to get a car upgrade! Apple CarPlay worked perfectly, and the parking assist was super helpful. They also provided a car seat, and even gave us beach chairs (though we didn’t use them) — which was a nice touch. Great choice for families traveling together!
