Being able to pick up the rental car right at the airport is incredibly convenient for families traveling with babies! They processed the paperwork quickly, so we were able to rent the car immediately without a long wait, and they understood perfectly even though I don't speak English well. We were also able to return the car downtown; the staff member already knew the vehicle details, so as soon as I said I was returning it, I just took the keys and the return process was completed smoothly. The hotel drop-off service is also a very convenient and great feature, especially in Guam's weather where it is hard to walk even five minutes! The car wasn't spotlessly clean, but we just wiped the baby car seat with a disinfectant wipe and drove without any issues. It was slightly cheaper than other rental cars, and I would definitely use this service again!

I always use Nissan Rent-a-Car whenever I go to Guam. You can pick it up right at the airport, and it is affordable and great. This time, perhaps because they paid extra attention, the car was clean and in good condition. Nissan is the best for Guam.

Even though I arrived at dawn, I was able to rent a car without any problems, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The car was in good condition, and since public transportation is relatively limited, I was able to tour comfortably with the rental car. I'm very satisfied.

I don't have any specific suggestions, but the airport staff are always very friendly and provide detailed guidance, which makes me feel safe and secure. Last time, my flight arrived late at night, and they were especially helpful. I've been to Guam many times, and I've always used Nissan Rent-a-Car. Of all their vehicles, the Rogue is my favorite.

This is my third time driving a Nissan Lemtocar. I was very satisfied with the clean log car I received this time, and the navigation was so good that I never used Google Maps once. They even prepared beach chairs as requested, so there was no inconvenience. I will drive a Nissan again next time, so please give me a good car~~~~

It would be nice if they provided a ctoc cable to connect the car and mobile phone when renting.

This is my 5th time using Nissan Rent-a-Car... It wasn't difficult or anything. The only inconvenience is that the navigation system doesn't work most of the time, so I have to use my phone... I wish there was a phone stand. Haha. Thanks to you, I had a pleasant trip.
