To start with the advantages, airport pick-up and return is always convenient. I rent a car here every time I go to Guam, and it's pretty good. And, like a minivan, it is spacious so it is convenient when traveling as a family. Could the downside be that the Quest Van was discontinued a long time ago? The exterior condition of the vehicle is not good. There are a few dents and scratches here and there. Be sure to check. Perhaps because I paid extra for full-coverage insurance, the staff did not check the condition of the car separately. Also, the washer fluid is empty and the steering wheel shakes quite a bit when stopping while driving. It was fortunate that there were no places in Guam where you could travel at high speeds. I am very disappointed because the condition is very different from the cars I rented from Nissan before. It was only later that I saw that the carnival was in stock in the notice posted here, and I felt even more regretful. I didn't experience the bugs that were in the other reviews.

We apologize once again for the aging of the vehicle. After much consideration, Guam Nissan Rent-a-Car has been replacing it with Kia Carnival since early this year.
About 5 Carnivals are scheduled to be stocked at the end of March, and new Pathfinders are scheduled to be stocked. I apologize once again.

#182752Versa Since it was a short trip of 3 days and 2 nights, I rented it right at the airport and returned it at the airport. The pickup/return location was at the airport, so it was very convenient, and the rental car staff was friendly. (Pick-up/return at the parking lot right in front of the airport building). The condition of the vehicle was not the best due to the mileage, but it was clean and well cleaned. Guam has few cars and lots of parking lots, so driving was very easy. And when you go to beaches like Ritidian, GPO, or the mall, you can go directly from the hotel, so it's much more convenient if you have a rental car. Next time I come to Guam, I plan to rent a car and use Nissan Rent-a-Car, which can be rented right at the airport.

#181780Versa I had a great time driving a Nissan 5 years ago, and on my next trip, I was able to travel comfortably with the upgraded vehicle. On the last day, I had a flat tire and was momentarily embarrassed, but while I was exchanging messages with the agent, a local resident came and replaced the tire with a temporary tire at the speed of light and left without even receiving a reward. This added to one more unforgettable memory of my time in Guam. The counselor kindly explained that I should go to the office to replace the temporary tires as it was dangerous to drive with them, so I went to the office right away and exchanged them for a new car. Thanks to that, I had a clean car for my last trip before heading to the airport. Nissan cars are the best!! Highly recommended!! The car was in good condition and had good fuel economy, so I was able to enjoy the southern tour and the northern coast. I plan to use Nissan Rent-a-Car next time.

I compared the prices and benefits of several places before making my choice, and I think it was a good decision. I rented WiFi instead of using a SIM card and it was great. Since we were staying for more than 4 days, we got a car upgrade and that was great too. The car seats weren't that clean, but it was still okay. I think I'll rent from Nissan Rent-a-Car next time I come. I recommend it.
