The vehicle assigned to me this time seemed poorly maintained, as the engine was noisy. Also, there's no staff to guide you from the airport counter to the pickup area, so finding your way at night might be difficult for first-time visitors. I understand the rising cost of living and labor, but I'm considering switching rental companies for my next visit.

Last time, I was able to use the navigation comfortably because it had CarPlay, but this time, only the music was connected. I wish the navigation worked better. Everything else is the best! The best! I always use this place!!!

The vehicle was clean and the service was friendly and excellent. I plan to use it again when I visit Guam.

It rained heavily on the first day and the sun was strong the rest of the time, so it was difficult to walk even short distances. As I felt before, a rental car is essential in Guam even if you don't go far. The best part was that they could pick up and drop off right at the airport 24 hours a day. The staff was friendly and the benefits were good compared to other places. I also really liked the gas discount.

#197168Versa Guam, a place I've visited every year for over 20 years, is a place that remains consistently charming. Last Wednesday, I saw low off-season airfares and immediately booked, departing the next day for a relaxing three-night, four-day stay. Nissan Rent-a-Car, with 24-hour airport pick-up and drop-off, was a must-have. ^^ I almost always use Nissan because of the safe and reliable reservation system through Guam Click, as well as the various events. The friendly staff and service are so top-notch that I wouldn't even consider other companies. I'm not sure if it's from this year, but I think they've changed the policy of not requiring a deposit upon vehicle pickup. If I had to make a suggestion, there was a slight salt stain on the driver's seat. I think it's probably from swimming in the ocean and driving in a wet swimsuit. In such cases, it would be good etiquette to lay down a bathroom towel or plastic cover before driving back to the hotel. Finally, it would be helpful if the staff frequently wiped the inside of the windshield when preparing the vehicle for pickup. Since the air conditioner is always on and the difference in temperature between inside and outside causes the windshield to become foggy with accumulated dust(?), visibility is poor and it is quite uncomfortable to drive at night^^; Anyway, next time, I will definitely drive a Nissan with Guam Click!!

I almost always use Nissan because booking through GuamClick is safe and reliable, and they often have great promotions. Plus, their staff are always friendly and provide top-level service, so I don’t even consider other rental companies.

Also, while I’m not 100% sure, it seems that starting this year, they’ve removed the deposit requirement when picking up the car, which is very convenient.

If I had to make a suggestion, I noticed a bit of salt residue on the driver’s seat — likely from someone driving in a wet swimsuit after swimming at the beach. In such cases, laying down a bath towel or plastic cover before getting into the car would be good etiquette.

Lastly, it would be great if the staff could wipe the inside of the windshield more frequently during vehicle prep. With constant use of air conditioning and the temperature difference between inside and outside, the inside of the glass gets hazy, making it difficult to see — especially during night driving.

Anyway, I’ll definitely be choosing GuamClick Nissan Rent-A-Car again next time!
