But when I actually got there, the interior was spotless — it looked like the seats had just been freshly cleaned.
Everything was very tidy, and I had a pleasant trip.
Plus, thanks to a promotional event, I received a free vehicle upgrade, which made the experience even better!

#196882Versa I’ve visited Guam about 5 to 6 times over the past 10 years, and each time I used Nissan Rent-A-Car.
This time, however, the assigned vehicle didn’t seem well-maintained — there was a noticeable noise coming from the engine.
Also, there was no staff at the airport counter to guide me to the vehicle pickup area, which could be difficult to find at night, especially for first-time visitors.
I understand that prices and labor costs have gone up, but I’m starting to consider using a different rental company for my next visit.

However, last time I was able to use CarPlay, which made navigation really convenient, but this time it only connected for music.
I hope the navigation works properly next time.

#197006Versa I really appreciated being able to pick up the car directly at the airport, and there were no extra charges other than the $0.50 per person fee. The free Wi-Fi egg rental was also incredibly useful. The car was clean, the staff were friendly, and the service was truly excellent. I will definitely use this service again when I visit Guam.

It rained heavily on the first day , and the rest of the days were really sunny — even short distances felt hard to walk.
Just like last time, I really felt that renting a car is a must in Guam, even if you're not going far!
The best part was the 24-hour airport pickup and drop-off — super convenient! The staff were friendly, and the benefits were better compared to other places
