Versa 연락도 빠르고 홈페이지 결제나 카톡 상담 도 편해서 렌트 후 괌여행 잘하고 왔어요. 성인 2명이라 비치체어 요청 드리고 받아서 비치에서 너무 잘 이용했어요.
돗자리보다 훨씬 편했음! 다음에 가게되면 또 이용할게요. ^^ 아, 상품 설명에 호텔에서 픽업은 호텔에 차 가져다 주는게 아니라 사무실 가서 해야되니 직원을 보내준다고 설명 추가 해주시면 좋겠어요. 왜 연락이 없지 싶어서 약속시간 살짝 넘어서 로비 나가보니 현지 직원분이 기다리고 계시더라고요. 죄송했음요.

Since the rental location was at the airport, it was great to pick up the car right after immigration when we were tired, and returning it at the airport was also very convenient.

The condition of the car was very clean.

We’re a family of four with two kids, and I was worried the Versa might be too small, but it was comfortable and spacious enough for us.

The portable Wi-Fi device you provided was super useful—we used it a lot!

The paper guide showing the parking location and the helpful YouTube video made everything much easier.

If you study Guam's traffic rules and road conditions a bit on YouTube before your trip, driving there isn’t difficult.

I was quite worried about having to communicate only in English, but thanks to your kind support and clear communication, we had no issues using the rental service.
