This is a Quest van rented to accommodate 5 people (car seat + booster) and 7 carriers and strollers. To start with the advantages, airport pick-up and return is always convenient. I rent a car here every time I go to Guam, and it's pretty good. And, like a minivan, it is spacious so it is convenient when traveling as a family. Could the downside be that the Quest Van was discontinued a long time ago? The exterior condition of the vehicle is not good. There are a few dents and scratches here and there. Be sure to check. Perhaps because I paid extra for full-coverage insurance, the staff did not check the condition of the car separately. Also, the washer fluid is empty and the steering wheel shakes quite a bit when stopping while driving. It was fortunate that there were no places in Guam where you could travel at high speeds. I am very disappointed because the condition is very different from the cars I rented from Nissan before. It was only later that I saw that the carnival was in stock in the notice posted here, and I felt even more regretful. I didn't experience the bugs that were in the other reviews. 차량의 노후화로 인해서 다시 한 번 사과를 드립니다. 괌닛산렌트카에서 여러 고민을 한 끝내 올해 초부터 기아카니발로 대체를 하고 있는 상황입니다.
3월 말에 카니발이 5 대 정도 입고 예정이며 패스파인더로 새로이 입고 예정입니다. 다시 한 번 사과 드립니다.

I used Guam Nissan Rent-a-Car 5 years ago, and this is my second time using it. I was satisfied with the airport pick-up and return, and the price was cheaper than other companies. I plan to use it the next time I go to Guam. I highly recommend it ^^*

The interior and exterior of the cabin is clean and the staff is friendly. Best of all, the 24-hour airport pickup and return is the best. Free rental eggs and one additional driver are also recommended.

Since there were a lot of people going, I worried a lot about how to rent a car. In the end, I ended up using Nissan Rent-a-Car for the second time. Considering that many people are moving again and renting a car, I think it was a good idea to choose Nissan Rent-a-car at Guam Airport. I think I had a good time because I was able to rent and move right away and return it easily. I think I will use Nissan rental car again next time haha.

I received a Carnival haha. It was so nice. I go to Guam every year and rented one from Nissan for the first time. I will continue to rent here haha.

I used Nissan Rent-a-Car in Guam because it was easy to receive and use right at the airport. When I arrived, I was able to fill out simple documents and receive guidance. Perhaps because I was tired and wanted to quickly go to the hotel and rest at dawn, I picked it up without worrying about the condition of the car and left. That was the problem. I was surprised when I visited the Dedero Early Morning Market in the morning and saw the vehicle. The exterior condition was not good, but I was shocked to see the condition of the tires. As shown in the photo, the tires were deformed and the tires were well past their lifespan. I went to the airport office to get my car replaced, worried that the deformed tire might explode, but I was told to come back tomorrow as the van was not available right now. What was a little disappointing was that there was no word of apology. I was scared to have to endure two days with the car with worn tires, like a time bomb that could explode at any moment. I waited while reducing and changing the schedule I had prepared. When I went to change cars the next afternoon, luckily there was another car and it was a new car. However, perhaps because the car was returned quickly, the interior cleaning was not good. Also, on this visit, there was no apology. What warning light is on the car (low washer fluid warning light)? Why is it on? Put gas in it. I like that you don't expect any consideration for travelers. I suffered damage due to Nissan Rent-A-Car's vehicle management, and there was no apology or consideration of any kind. It wasn't good that it wasn't there. After waiting for a while, I was told that a car had been allocated, so I went there and found that the tires were in good condition as it was a new car, and I was able to complete my trip to Guam by renting a car while completing my postponed schedule. We made good memories on a family trip of 14 people.

I use Nissan every time because I can rent it right at the airport and return it at the airport.

They told me to pay for additional insurance locally. When adding a car, the car seat was not clean and was full of ants. It was early in the morning, so I couldn't check it. When I came out after eating, there were a lot of bugs. I wonder how painful it must have been for the child to sit there. On the outside, the car was in good condition. Please inform us that internal cleaning and disinfection is also required.
